How can I confirm whether my tickets have been booked?
As soon as your booking is confirmed, a confirmation e-mail containing your booking details would be sent across to your contact details entered while booking.
- In case your confirmation details are lost, you can use the 'Resend Confirmation' feature on our website & app to resend the confirmation e-mail and SMS.
- Website: You will find this option at the bottom of the homepage.
- App: You can use this feature under your purchase history at the bottom right of the app screen.
