I was informed that I will receive a confirmation SMS stating my Booking ID; which I have not yet received. Whom should I contact?


  • Please click on the 'Resend Confirmation' option present on the end of the website & enter your email ID and mobile number (entered while booking), click on send.
  • You can even resend confirmation from your mobile app by going to your purchase history and scrolling to the bottom right.  
  • The confirmation SMS/e-mail will be sent across to you.
