Why haven't I received the refund yet?
As per bank timelines you should have received the amount by now. Please do check your bank/wallet statement for the reversal. Ideally, if the amount is charged for an unsuccessful transaction, we process the refund from our end within 2 hours. Depending on the bank it takes a maximum of 4-5 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) for the amount to reflect into the payment source.
In case you have made payment using any wallets, you shall expect a refund within 24- 48 hrs.
Transactions done via a nationalized bank takes 10 working days to get refunded to the payment source.
