If your booking is confirmed you'll see the tickets under "Purchase history" on our website/app. Also, you get SMS /Whats App confirmation as well as an email.
If this doesn't help, just visit our website click 'Resend confirmation' to get a copy instantly on your email. You can do this through application too.
Don't get the option yet, ideally the transaction has failed and the amount is charged, you'll receive the refund within 4 to 5 working days. It may take a bit longer 10 working days for nationalized bank. If it's a wallet transaction amount is refunded within 24 hours.
