I did not receive a confirmation SMS/email for a transaction I am charged for.

You have nothing to worry about. If you have done a transaction and have seen the confirmation page it means that your booking is confirmed and you are good to go. If you have not received any confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS/E-mail just follow the below steps and you will know the status of your booking:

Booked through the BMS App? If your booking is confirmed, you will find the option to resend the confirmation under the purchase history of the app provided your logged in.

Booked through the BMS Website? Scroll down to the bottom of the website and select 'Resend Booking Confirmation'. Enter the contact details used while transacting and click on resend. If your booking is confirmed, you will receive the confirmation sms/mail on your contact details used.

NOTE: In case the confirmation page did not show up and after following the above steps you are unable to get the status of your booking, there is a possibility that the transaction might have failed. If the amount is charged for failed transaction, you will receive the refund within 3 to 4 working days as per the bank timelines. It may take a 10 working days for a nationalized bank. If it's a wallet transaction the amount is refunded within 24 hours.
