I have the ticket confirmation on app/EMail/SMS/WhatsApp. Is it sufficient for entry?
Confirmation received. Good job. The digital confirmation, however, is mere evidence of your seat reservation. Security practices demand a physical ticket, which you can get once you display the above-mentioned confirmations at the box-office counter.
From where can I pick up the tickets?
To make your experience hassle-free, please collect your tickets for 'Paytm ODI Trophy - 2nd ODI India vs Australia' (Jan 17, 2020, at 1:30 PM) in advance with counters operational between 11 AM & 7 PM as below:

I've chosen Home Delivery, can I change it to a box-office pickup?
Once the confirmation has been received, you would be unable to change the ticket delivery type.
I can't make it for the ticket collection, can I send a friend/family member?
You definitely can. Just make sure, the concerned person carries the required ticket confirmation along with an authorization letter permitting the concerned person to collect the tickets on your behalf.
Can I pick up the tickets on the day of the match?
We advise you to collect the tickets before the matchday or at least 20 minutes before the match. Ticket collection centers may change for the day of the match. So, expect to be notified about the ticket collection location, time and date via an upfront SMS.
