If your transaction is successful, you shall see your booking under the 'Purchase History' of your app. Don't forget to check your Whatsapp/SMS/Email for a booking confirmation before attempting another transaction.
In case you do not see a booking under purchase history it means that the transaction did not go through and you can make a fresh booking.
Need not worry! the amount charged would be refunded to the payment source within the below timeline:
Debit/ Credit Card or Net banking & UPI: 5-7 working days.
Wallet: 24-48 hours
BMS Cash: Instantly or max 2 hours.

PS: In case of an offer/voucher code being applied on a transaction, it gets blocked for 5/30 mins depending on the offer/voucher code.
