How do I get a refund?
It’s easy! Return the product to us; you can initiate the process by visiting the Order History section. Once we’re sure the item is in good condition, we’ll start the process of refunding the amount to your credit card or bank account. It takes between 15- 20 working days( excluding saturdays & sundays, public holiday) for the amount to be refunded.

Products can be returned within 7 days after they have been delivered if they are damaged, defective, missing accessories or parts, or different from the description on the product detail page.
We will accept returned products only if:
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession,
- the product is the same as what was shipped to you,
- the product is returned in original condition (with the manufacturer's box and MRP tag intact, the user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories).
Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, for example, if you mistakenly bought an incorrect model or product or if you’re not satisfied with the color of your purchase.
Products marked non-returnable on the product detail page cannot be returned. If you've received a damaged or defective non-returnable product, you can contact us within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
