How do I exchange my purchase?
Good News! We do exchange with below terms:
* Fit related issue: In case of a fit issue (size), you will have an exchange option available (but only once).
No Refund/Return in case of of sale item.
* Wrong order delivered during the sale: We'll surely exchange the product.
The user needs to wait for the normal process - considering the usual TAT 7-9 working days.
* Few important pointers:
> We will initiate the pickup of the wrong product/size and after proper checks of tag and unused condition, the shipping of correct product/size will be initiated.
> In case you do no wish to wait for 7-9 days, you may go ahead and place a new order (which reduces the TAT to 3-5 days) while the wrong product is returned to us.
> Once the product is verified with proper tags and is unused, the money for the wrong product will be initiated.
