- Retry logging in using the same credentials used at the time of booking. 


- If you are on the app, click on the join in option available under purchase history.


- You may also join the streaming by simply clicking on the link available in the Email confirmation/Whatsapp



P.S: Pls login to your BookMyShow account like you had logged in at the time of transactions


Eg: In case you had logged in using Google+, Facebook account, Email account or mobile number OTP please login again with the same way to stream
