Once the booking is confirmed, you'll see the tickets under 'Purchase History' on the website/app. Also, you'll get an SMS /WhatsApp confirmation, as well as an email confirmation.
If this doesn't work, just visit our website and find 'Resend Confirmation' toward the bottom of the page. Once you find the option to resend the confirmation, enter the same phone number and email ID associated with the transaction. Lo and behold, you've received the confirmation.
If you've done the above and receive an error as displayed below, the transaction has failed. If the amount is charged, you'll receive a complete refund within a max 15 working days.
