Number of tickets per transaction - Two tickets per user per transaction



> Step One – Customers with any Mastercard, Debit or Credit, will be able to access this exclusive window for booking tickets. Logging into the pre-sale window does not guarantee the tickets. A login with email ID and mobile number is mandatory for proceeding with the ticket booking. 


> Step Two – Customers in this pre-sale window will ONLY be able to transact using Mastercard as the ONLY payment option. This exclusive window will be eligible for all national and international customers excluding countries such as China, Russia and Korea.


> Step Three - The Mastercard pre-sale window will have an option of booking the tickets ONLY for customers who own a Mastercard. This will be a 24-hour window (details mentioned above.) During this window, the eligible customer will be able to book a maximum of two tickets per transaction per match per user.

Process: Queuing System (In the event of high demand, you might be put in a queue. Read instructions before proceeding.)


> Step One – Customers will log on to the ticket sales portal via www.icc-cricket.com. A login with email ID and mobile number is mandatory for proceeding with the ticket booking. 


> Step Two – Customers will be able to access the ticket booking page on a first come first serve basis. 

1) Due to high demand, you will be waiting in a queue till your chance arrives.

2) Be alert; dropping off will make you lose your place in the queue.

3) Waiting in the queue does not guarantee successful ticket booking.






> Step Three – Once the customer gets access to the booking page, the transaction can be completed by selecting an option for home delivery (HD) that will be prompted. HD will be the mandatory first option but in case there is no pin code to enter or the pin code is not serviceable, the option for pick up of tickets will be displayed for customers to select.

Process of Buying Tickets – Online Queue System  


> Step One – Customers will log on to the ticket sales portal via www.icc-cricket.com . A login with email ID and mobile number is mandatory for proceeding with the ticket booking. 

 

> Step Two - On logging in, the customer will be added to the queue system in case of high demand, which will indicate the approximate time it might take for the customer to get redirected to the booking page.


> Step Three – Once the queue is cleared, the customer will be given entry to the booking page, where match selection and further ticket booking process can be initiated. Option of home delivery with OTP validation will be available for customers for select matches. Various payment options such as debit/ credit card, net banking and other payment options will be available for transacting. 



  • Offline - Ticket Pick Up/Collection Process 



> Step One – Customers who have opted for the ticket pick up option, will be able to collect the physical tickets for the matches seven days prior to match day in the cities where the games are being hosted. Communication regarding the list of ticket pick up outlets will be available on the synopsis page of the event along with the timings and locations. 


> Step Two – While collecting tickets, you will be asked to verify the debit/credit card used to make the online transaction.  


> Step Three – In case of any loss / damage of the physical tickets, no duplicate tickets will be issued for the event.
