• Your belongings may be searched on entry to the Event for handheld cameras, professional filming equipment, hazardous, flammable, explosive, poisonous, toxic, narcotic/hallucinatory and/or illegal materials ("Prohibited Items"). You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, and/or are found in possession of Prohibited Items, you may be denied entry to the Event without refund or other compensation.

  • BookMyShow strictly condemns and forbids any drugs or narcotics and/or psychotropic substances as defined under The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (“Narcotics”) at the Event. Any Ticket holder found using, procuring, possessing, supplying and/or partaking in Narcotics during the show shall be evicted from the venue immediately and will not be refunded and/or compensated in any manner. Additionally, BookMyShow reserves all rights to initiate all available proceedings and actions under law against such Ticket Holder.

  • Event date and time are subject to change. In case of any rescheduling, you shall be notified via email.

  • The Event is open and accessible only for persons that have been double vaccinated against COVID-19. You may be asked to show the documentary proof/certificate of your COVID-19 double vaccination at the venue. You agree to assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against BookMyShow.

  • BookMyShow and the organizer reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder or visitor appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, is showing signs of Covid-19 including a high temperature or a persistent cough, refuses to wear a mask when required to do so, and/or is otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behavior likely to cause damage, injury, and/or nuisance at the Event.

  • BookMyShow does not accept any responsibility for any injury caused to persons, or any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.

  • In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 21 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drinks.

  • The laws of the Republic of India will apply to these Terms and Conditions and courts of Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.

  • The views expressed by the individual artists and performers ("Artist(s)"), either in course of their performance, or on their social media channels, or any third party channels and platforms, online or offline or otherwise (collectively, "Channels"), are solely their own and neither do they represent those of BookMyShow nor are they endorsed in any manner by BookMyShow, its associates and affiliates. 

  • Artists at all times remain fully and solely liable and responsible for their actions, expressions and/or views. BookMyShow will not be responsible for their actions, expressions and/or views, and any claims, damages, outrage arising due to the comments, pictures or videos posted by the Artists on the Channels. 

  • Additionally, BookMyShow shall not be held liable or responsible for any violation of intellectual property rights that may arise out of any Artist performance.

  • The artistic copyright of any images taken at the festival with the officially registered photographer will remain with the organizers and used as per their discretion.

  • By registering yourself on BookMyShow, you hereby expressly agree to the above terms.
