- You may be placed in a ticket queue due to heavy traffic.
- The waiting room opens one hour before ticket sales begin to help ensure a fair ticket-buying process. Being early in the waiting room does not guarantee a ticket or an early entry in the queue.
- When the sale begins everyone in the waiting room will be assigned a spot in the queue based on an automated queue randomisation system.
- Avoid refreshing, clicking the 'back' button or exiting the queue page, as this may require you to restart the process. Make sure to stay on the queue page.
- Once you are on the seat layout page, you have approximately 4 minutes to book your seats.
- Your queue number does not guarantee you a ticket, it solely depends on the ticket availability when your turn comes.
- You can book a maximum of 4 tickets per user for this show.
