Once a ticket has been booked all customers who fall under the category of being a Person with Disability* must fill up an access rider form. The last date to submit this access rider form is 15th December, 2024. The link will be deactivated post 15th December, 2024, and the organizer will not be able to take any further requests. All fields required in the form must be duly filled and any document(s) requested must be submitted with the form. This form will be verified by the organizer and the organizer reserves the right to grant or not grant access to the customer to the dedicated PWD area.  Decisions made by the organizer cannot be challenged.


1. You will receive an email confirming the submission of the form. This email does not qualify as a confirmation of acceptance of the submission of the form.

 2. You will receive an email confirming acceptance of your request from the Organizer within a week’s time of submission.
