First aid services will be available throughout the venue. If you have specific health conditions, please consult your doctor before attending the event. Medicines can be carried along with the doctor's prescription if required.

The safety and well-being of our attendees, artists, and workforce is paramount. The organiser works closely with the local authorities as well as concert-hired security to ensure the safest possible experience.
What safety measures are in place for children attending the event?
Parents/Guardians are advised to collect a ‘Tag Your Child’ wristband from the Help Desk to help in case of any incidents of separation.
Safety tips:
o Use the buddy system and set up a designated meeting spot if you get lost. We recommend the Help Desk.
o Have your emergency contact information on your person and your phone lock screen in case of emergencies.
o Keep yourself and your belongings safe – be aware of your surroundings and keep an eye on your personal items at all times.
o Be considerate – this is a shared space and we want everyone to enjoy themselves. It is a no judgement zone.
o See something? Say something - head to the Help Desk for help or to report any mishaps that occur.
