The ‘List on Marketplace’ feature on BookMyShow allows you to list your tickets for purchase by other customers, if you’re unable to attend an event. Listing your ticket(s) makes them available for other customers. In case any other customer books the listed ticket and makes payment towards the same, your ticket will be cancelled, and a fresh ticket, with a fresh booking ID, will be issued to the new customer. Your ticket will be cancelled only when a new customer books and makes payment towards the tickets listed by you. Once tickets are purchased by the new customer, refund will be processed within 5-7 working days, to your account.
