You can track the status of your listed tickets in the ‘Your Orders’ section.
Once you’ve listed your tickets, there is no option to cancel/alter the listing.
The tickets can be listed up to 3 hours before the show and will remain listed until 3 hours before the show start time.
In case no Next Buyer is found for the tickets listed by you until 3 hours before the show start time, then the listing will be automatically deleted and the tickets will be retained by you for attending the show yourself.
If sold, refund (excluding convenience fee (inclusive of taxes), BookAChange, and BookMyShow Club, if purchased, including any discounts availed and donations made) will be processed at the original source of payment. The discounts coupons (if any, applied by you while booking the standard primary ticket) will be returned to the discount coupon pool available (if within the validity period) for you and can be re-applied in the next transaction, if the same is within its validity period. Otherwise, the discount coupon utilized will be cancelled. If payment was made using BMS Cash, loyalty point or gift vouchers, refund will be processed back to source, provided the same have not expired.
