You will receive an instant notification via email informing you of the same. BookMyShow will cancel your original ticket and credit the amount paid by you while booking the ticket (minus convenience fee (inclusive of taxes), and any discounts availed and donations made at the time of the booking), to the original source of payment, as a refund. The discounts coupons (if any, applied by you while booking the standard primary ticket) will be returned to the discount coupon pool available for you (if within the validity period) and can be re-applied in the next transaction if the same is within its validity period. Otherwise, the discount coupon will be cancelled. If payment was made using BMS Cash, loyalty points or gift vouchers, refund will be processed back to source, provided that the same have not expired.
The next buyer who had booked using your listing, will receive the new booking details.
