Here's how refunds work when you have used an offer:
- The ticket amount will be refunded to the original source of payment.
- Any offer used will be reversed back to the original offer pool and you won’t receive the discounted amount as part of the refund. You will be able to reuse this offer within its validity period. If it is not within its validity period, then the discount/offer coupon will be cancelled.
- If you have used a Gift Voucher (GV), the amount will be refunded back to the same GV.
- If you have used loyalty points to make payments, the same will also be refunded back to source.
- If the payment was made using BMS Cash, the same will be refunded back as BMS Cash, unless the validity period for using the same has expired.
