Summary of the guidelines:


Requirements:

  • Need a valid student photo ID card.

  • You will be asked to upload your student ID while purchasing a ticket.

  • Keep a soft copy image of your ID ready to upload. If selecting 2 tickets, please keep your friend's ID soft copy handy as well.


Guidelines:

  • You will need to have a valid student ID.

  • The age limit is 18+ for the shows.

  • We’ll validate the uploaded ID and cancel any fictitious IDs.

  • On ground, there will be a dedicated student entry. Please keep your physical ID ready with your M-Ticket.

  • We will verify the physical ID on-ground at the gate.

Registration: 

Customers log in and register via a form. A confirmation email and SMS are sent upon submission.


Purchase:

Artist Presale: Eligible logged-in customers enter a queue (waiting room if early, direct queue if late). Once through, they select city/showtime and can buy up to 2 Student tickets. Agreeing to the T&C’s is mandatory. Student ticket buyers must submit Name, Email, Mobile, and a Student ID photo per ticket before checkout. 

Please keep all ID soft copies ready for upload when you get into the queue. The image needs to be under 10 MB and in a jpeg/png format.  

RuPay Pre-sale: Eligible payment instrument validation is required to enter.

General Sale: Standard flow applies.


Purchase Limits:

  • Customers can buy up to 2 tickets in the Student GA category


Student Ticket Rules:

  • ID must show the individual's photo and institution details.

  • Tickets are subject to ID review and may be cancelled if IDs are found ineligible.

  • Physical ID must be carried and shown at entry.


On Ground 

Student ticket holders go to dedicated student lanes and must show ID on request. If the ID is invalid and doesn’t match the ID uploaded at the time of purchase, entry will be denied.
