Your ticket is an RFID wristband. Wristbands will be home-delivered approximately one week prior to the event. If purchased close to the event dates, collect your wristband at the venue Box Office on 23rd–24th January by presenting your digital ticket copy and a valid government ID. If your delivered kit contains a damaged wristband, email contactus.lollaindia@bookmyshow.com immediately.
Wristband Policy:
Wristbands grant entry and serve as the sole payment method inside the festival.
Fasten your wristband securely before arriving.
Do not remove or misplace your wristband between event days; replacements will not be issued.
Wristbands are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Anyone found without a wristband will be escorted off-site.
