1. What is included in my masterclass ticket?
Festival entry on all three days
Seating available inside the masterclass hangar with the respective artist

You are recommended to arrive 15 mins before the time for the workshop
Only one band will be provided, which will be valid for all three days. Customers are advised not to tear or damage the band and to keep it intact throughout the event to ensure access on all three days.
2. Do I need a separate ticket for a ticketed masterclass?
Yes. Ticketed Masterclasses require a separate Masterclass ticket. General festival tickets do not automatically include guaranteed access or seating at ticketed masterclasses.
3. Are all masterclasses ticketed?
No. Nykaaland will have both ticketed and non-ticketed masterclasses. Ticketed masterclasses require a separate ticket. Non-ticketed masterclasses are accessible to eligible festival ticket holders on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to venue capacity.
4. Is seating guaranteed at a ticketed Masterclass?
Yes, a ticketed Masterclass ticket guarantees access to the designated masterclass. Seating will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.
5. Can I attend a ticketed Masterclass if I only have a 1-Day ticket?
Only if you have purchased the relevant Masterclass ticket and your festival ticket is valid for the day of the masterclass.
