Wristbands will be delivered to your home closer to the festival dates.
If you book your tickets closer to the event, you may need to collect your wristband from the venue box office on the festival dates. Updates will be shared on our social media channels closer to the event, so follow BookMyShow.Live on Instagram.
- To collect your wristband from the box office, you’ll need to present a digital copy of your ticket from your BookMyShow transaction history and a valid government-issued photo ID.
- If your home-delivered wristband arrives damaged, please contact helpdesk@bookmyshow.com. Only valid wristbands will be accepted for entry to the festival.
