You can certainly go ahead and use BMS Cash as a Payment method which is available on the payment page while booking.

On the payment page make sure you 'Check' BMS Cash option so that its gets applied during the payment.

However, it can be limited or restricted in certain cases at the discretion of BookMyShow.
