Yes, you can download the rented/bought movies on your phone from the movie details page or from the Stream Library.
To download the movies for offline viewing, you need to have BookMyShow iOS / Android app installed on your device.
PS: The rented movies you download will remain available in your Stream Library as long as they are not expired.
