I had ordered event/sports tickets for the home delivery a long time ago but I have still not received them. Why is it taking so long
We understand the time taken is longer than expected.
You can expect the tickets to be delivered between 1 week to 2 days prior to the event date.
Moreover, you can expect an SMS with the tracking number called (AWB) Air waybill number once the tickets are dispatched.
Tickets for events/ sports or concerts need to be approved by Entertainment Tax authorities the minutes it is done then the tickets are released to the public.
