I'm unable to take a printout of my ticket confirmation. Can I just show the SMS/WhatsApp confirmation at the box office to collect the tickets?
In case of being unable to carry a printout of the confirmation email, unless it is mandatory to present E-Ticket. Showing the SMS/WhatsApp confirmation at the box office will be good enough to pick up the tickets.
