You will have to display the SMS/WhatsApp/Email confirmation at the counter in order to gain access to the venue.
It is advisable to carry the credit/debit card used in the transaction. if you have transacted through a non-card transaction, carry your ID proof, since there might be verification's at the venue due to security purpose.
For major concerts/events/sports games, we make it a point to send an SMS to all our customers with the details of the box office counters. (E.G, counter location, counter operation date and time)
We recommend you to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the event so as to avoid the last-minute rush.
