Once you've successfully transacted, a ticket confirmation is sent via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
Tickets need to be collected from the cinema box-office by presenting the SMS/Email confirmation at the Box Office Pickup. If you have opted for M ticket then you can simply present/scan the SMS/QR code at the cinema if opted for M-ticket.
Note: Watch out for cinemas that require only an email printout. These cinemas mention their requirement via a pop-up at the time of booking. Moreover, it will also be mentioned in the email confirmation.
